Become an artist! The museum offers classes for ages 14+ in wood carving, model building and ships in a bottle. The classes are available at the museum or at your site if a class of sufficient size is available.

Meet our master model builder
Glenn is a master model builder and has built models for individuals and museums around the country. He works at the Chicago Maritime Museum and a number of his models are on display there. The following video shows Glenn at work in the museum:
